A Small Studio Update...
How I had a break, removed some variables and returned to play this week.
Good Morning Lovely!
I hope this post is a happy surprise in your inbox?
I've decided to experiment with a new midweek format. Shorter, more visual posts sharing snippets from the studio and the thoughts that come with them. Let’s dive in shall we?
Have you read Sunday’s post yet? This midweek post is sort of a continuation on that conversation. As you know I was feeling quite stuck and frustrated with being at the beginning of a project. I’ve made a lot of sketchbook work that has colours and elements that I like but the overall composition I’m really not happy with. Maybe because I’ve changed sketchbook size again, I’ve gone from a medium sized square sketchbook to a rectangular A3 sketchbook which I think is throwing my compositions off.

After I wrote to you I decided to take a couple of days away from my sketchbook. Today, I went back to it and I had a whole different energy!
